The Harris County Transportation Plan (CTP) is a long-range planning document that guides future transportation projects, programs, policies, and advocacy for all unincorporated Harris County through 2040. It addresses all parts of Harris County’s complex transportation system, including the capital, operating, and maintenance activities for all transportation modes.
Harris County Multimodal Thoroughfare Plan This Multimodal Transportation Plan (MMTP) vision is to produce a world-class, multimodal transportation network for Harris County that promotes safety for all users, increased connectivity to all modes of transportation, and facilitation of continued economic prosperity for our region. Implementation strategies are a priority to accelerate construction and leverage partnerships across local, state, and federal agencies and will be a centerpiece to the success of the Harris County MMTP.
