Harris County's Master Plan for Parks, Recreation and Open Space was prepared by Bricker + Cannady Architects in conjuction with Clark Condon Associates, Gelb Consulting Group and Klotz Associates, Inc. under the advisement of the Public Infrastructure Department.
The report is now available for online viewing and/or download in the "pdf" format which is readable using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not already have this reader, it is available free for download at Adobe's web site. Netscape 4.7 does not seem to be able to open the .pdf files in the same manner Internet Explorer does.
